Titanium alloy is a new type of structural material, it has excellent comprehensive performance, such as small density, high specific strength and specific fracture toughness, fatigue strength and crack extension ability, low temperature capricious good, corrosion resistance game. Some titanium alloys work at 550℃ and at up to 700℃. Therefore, it has been increasingly widely used in aviation, aerospace, chemical, shipbuilding and other industrial sectors. The specific strength of the titanium alloy is higher than that of other light metals, steel and nickel alloys, so the titanium alloy is also suitable for manufacturing gas turbine components. About 80% of the titanium production is used in the aviation and aerospace industries.

For the tolerance of the diameter. Usually our products are produced with +0.01mm /-0.01mm on diameter tolerance. And some of the unpopular sizes we stock for jewelry diameter tolerance would be differ. For detailed information, please contact our sale for confirmation. For bearing balls or balls for equipment components, please inform us the tolerance request. We will produce accordingly.
