Grade 2 Titanium Block

Grade 2 titanium is the most widely used and welcomed titanium in CP titanium grade 1 to 4. Grade 2 titanium block is a kind of product in shape of cube or cuboid. Etermetal can supply it machined or like what it is in cube / buboid.  Forged GR2 titanium block had better micro-structure, and it is wit high strength than cast one.  When process, titanium block has good ductility and easy to machine. It is also corrosion resistance as grade 1 titanium. It is a good choice for chemical application.

Packing of Gr2 Titanium Block

Packing  we used standard export wooden box , this package is strong and safe for long distance shipping.  Grade 2 titanium blocks will be well packed and listed in the wooden box.  There will be plastic foam papers between every layer and inside of the wooden box.  At last, wooden box will be baned with steel belts to make it strong enough.
