Seamless Grade 12 titanium pipe is made by hollow billets by cold / hot rolling or drawing process and meet the requirements of standards.

Welded grade 12 titanium tube is made from flat rolled grade 12 titanium plates/sheets by automatic arc-welding process or other method of welding. The welding line and welded pipe are tested qualified. MTC certificates will be supplied to buyers before shipping.

Quality Control

The finished grade 12 titanium pipe and tube are straight, free of scales, free of burrs and have smooth ends. What’s most important is that all the pipes and tubes are mill tested, they are free of injurious external and internal. Our QC team will have dimensional inspections in the mill, any size not meet the order requirements will be picked out, only qualified products will be shipped to buyers.

Marking of Gr12 Titanium Pipe and Tube

Etermetal will stamp the designation, grade, size, heat number, etc information legibly on each length of the grade 12 titanium pipe and tube on both ends. Purchaser’s logo or identity will be stamped if requested. When the diameter of the tube is too small and the tubes are supplied in bundles, labels will be pasted legibly on the outside of the package. Purchasers will never mix the products when they are delivered or in their warehouse.
