The weldability of Grade 2 titanium pipe is very good. All of the tubes Etermetal supply are vacuum annealed and new. It can be weld by manual or automatic TIG welding with grade 2 titanium filler wire. Please do remember that during welding, the tube must be clean. And the inert gas shielding must be in place on both the outer diameter and inner diameter of the tubes.
Grade 2 titanium have very good ductility and easy to fabricate. You can either redrawn the grade 2 titanium pipe into smaller size, or use lathes machine them into any component for your project.
