Bend or bend service

Grade 9 titanium pipe can be bent at room temperature or slightly heated by tolls under special technique. Do remember, slow and careful. Because grade 9 titanium is hard and strong, it won’t be that easy to be bent. Etermetal can supply bend service for customer . Machine and Machine service

Grade 9 titanium tube have very good machine ability. It can be lathed or threaded. We have offered threaded titanium pipes and tubes to foreign customer for years. Both inner surface and outer surface can be threaded according to clients’ request size.

Cut to small pieces service

Sometimes, customer do not need longer GR9 titanium pipes and tubes . What they use are quite small pieces and with tolerance request on inner diameter, outer diameter and length. Or what customer need are smaller pieces with angles. We can offer cut long titanium pipes or tubes into small pieces according to buyers’ drawing and requirements. So that they won’t cost much time and pay more in abroad.

Polish service

We also offer surface polish service for customer’s specially request. There are two kinds of polish service for titanium pipe.

 1.  Metal brushed - bright and smoother than cold rolled tube. But not bright shinny.

 2. Mirror polished -  surface will be looks like a mirror. It is quite shinny bright.

Surface finish service

Grade 9 titanium pipe and tube that not longer than 1 meter can be PVD coated and have colorful surface. After PVD coating, the surface will be harder and stronger.  We have below PVD colors at present.           GOLD        BLACK       BLUE        BURTN BLUE        RAINBOW
