Dental Titanium Disc

Dental Titanium Disc is made from pure titanium ( GRADE 1, 2, 3, 4) or titanium alloy ( usually GRADE 5 TI6AL4V ELI), a biocompatible material that has high resistance to corrosion and wear.

With its high mechanical strength and ductility, Dental Titanium Disc or  titanium milling blank can withstand the rigors of milling and processing while maintaining its shape and integrity. It is also highly resistant to chemical attack, making it an ideal material for dental restorations.

Purity：pure  titanium  (Grade 1,2,3,4,)> 96%                   titanium alloy (Grade 5 ELI ) >90%

Size: The disc is available 98mm in diameter and in thicknesses of 10mm to 25mm

* The titanium discs /blanks are especially designed for most CAD/CAM mill system equipment, such as Roland, Wieland, Amann Girrbach and other equipment. If there is any model different with above sizes, we are able to produce according to the model drawing and supply suitable ones which meet clients’ requirements.
