Titanium Round Bar TA6V

Titanium round bar TA6V is a high-strength titanium alloy that is widely used in aerospace, chemical, and medical industries. It has excellent corrosion resistance, good heat resistance, and is lightweight.

The chemical composition of TA6V titanium includes 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium, and trace amounts of iron, oxygen, carbon, and nitrogen. Its mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 880 MPa and a yield strength of 830 MPa.

Standard available : ASTM B348, ASME SB348, ASTM B381, ASME SB381, ASTM F136 , ISO 5832-3,AMS 4928 

For industrial application , our product meet requirements of  ASTM B348 ASME SB348,  ASME SB381 & ASTM B381

For surgical implant application, products meet requirement of  ASTM F136 or ISO5832-3

For aerospace or other strict application, titanium round bar TA6V will meet requirements of standard  AMS 4928
