Product & Inspection images

The Images of medical grade titanium bar are taken during The processing. As an iSO 9001 quality system certified titanium supplier, Etermetal has very strictly quality conrtol for every process of production. Products are traceable. Products surface, straigtness, dimension are carfully inspected in the mill. All of the medical use titanium bars and rods are Ultrasonic tested & DPI inspected to make sure the external and internal are free of any cracks and damages. Only qualified products are shipped to buyers. If any products do not meet the requirements, we will refund or replace products for free.

Certificates

For every bulk of medical grade titanium bar and rod, we will take samples from every lot of the products. And then samples will be sent to authorized labs (CANS , CMA, ILAC-MRA approved) to test the porperties. The certificates and MTC will be given to buyers before shipping, Beside, our QC team will do visual tests, dimensional test and UT inspections to make sure that all the products are qualified. Only qualitifed products are packed and shipped.

Packing and shipping

Medical titanium bar and rod are totally new produced and with very bright and smooth surface free of any dust and cracks. Etermetal packed them with foam papers and plastic bags in certain quantity to protect the product. Then they will be put into standard export plywooden boxes for long time export delivery. When the boxes are heavy and long, steel will be also used to firm the boxes to avoid any damage during load and unload.
