Grade 3 Titanium Round Bar

Etermetal is one of the best manufacture and exporter of grade 3 titanium round bar in China.  The grade 3 titanium round rod is also called Gr3 titanium round bar, CP GR3 titanium round bar, DIN 3.7055 round bar, UNS R50550 round bar. The bars can be made by rolling or forging. When the diameter is small, they are made by hot rolling, while diameter is large, they are made by forging.  

Grade 3 titanium round bar is quite stronger than grade 1 and grade 2 bars, but less formable. It has excellent corrosion resistance and widely used in aerospace, automotive, desalination, architecture and industrial applications.  

Etermetal supply grade 3 titanium round with different surface. Some customer would like us supply the bars with oxide layer when they have facilities to further process. Some customer would like peeled bars with plus tolerance for enough size to lathe or machine.  While some other customers would like us grind the bars with very tiny small tolerance such as 0.05mm for their special use. No matter what kind of surface or tolerance buyers’ would like, Etermetal will do our best to meet customers’ requirements and provide qualified products.

Inspections

All materials inspected in authorized labs. Visual , dimensional and UT, DPI tests will be done in the mill. Only qualified products would be shipped to buyers. Mill Test Certificates provided before shipping.
