Etermetal supply titanium welding rod according to buyer's requirements, including the packing , marking. We can supply the welding rod with simple packing (image 4) or put the welding rods into plastic boxes ( image 3). When customer has own designed packing, they usually choose simple packings. For factories large quantity orders,  both packing might be chosen. It depends on customers' purchase budget and stock considerations. Material

 

Our titanium welding rods are made from high-purity titanium and titanium alloys, including Erti-1, Erti-2, Erti-5, Erti-7, Erti-12, all of which are carefully selected to ensure maximum performance. Titanium, as a silver-white metal with an atomic number of 22, is known for its remarkable durability and corrosion resistance, earning it the nickname "space metal."

 

Grade

 

Erti-1 (Commercial Pure Titanium): Offers excellent formability and weldability, making it suitable for general applications.

Erti-2 (Titanium Grade 2): Slightly stronger than Gr1, with excellent weldability and good corrosion resistance, making it a popular choice for industrial and medical applications.

Erti-5 (Titanium Alloy): A titanium-aluminum-vanadium alloy, known for its high strength and moderate corrosion resistance, ideal for demanding structural applications.

Erti-7 (unalloyed Titanium ): has the same chemical composition and mechanical properties as Erti-2 , except with the addition of 0.12% to 0.25% palladium. Erti-7 has better corrosion resitance than Erti-2, making it ideal for chemical processing and harsh environments.

Erti-12 (Titanium Alloy): Designed for applications requiring exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, Gr12 is perfect for high-stress, high-temperature applications.
