We supply Ti 6Al4V titanium block according to customers' requirements and our products  can meet the requirements of standards of ASTM B265 , ASME SB 265, ASTM B381, ASME SB381,  ASTM F136, AMS 4928, ISO 5832-3 , AMS4911. 

ASTM B265, ASME SB265, ASTM B381, ASME SB381  :  usually used for industrial application 

ASTM F136, ISO 5832-3: usually used for medical application 

AMS 4928 , AMS4911 : usually used for aerospace application 

Techniques of manufacture 

Etermetal manufacture the ti 6al4v titanium blocks by forging technique or hot rolling technique according to customer order request standards.  Both producing techniques can make sure the products have good microstructure and high physical properties.

Dimensions of ti 6al4v titanium block 

 Because customer has different application and the final products sizes differs, titanium blocks made by forging usually do not stock ready goods and are produced according to buyer's request sizes and quantities. In order to shorten produce time, Etermetal have plenty of ti6al4v titanium ingots and ti6al4v titanium billets which can be used to forge titanium blocks. 

When customer asks for titanium blocks cut from plates, stocks of ti 6al4v titanium plates from thickess 12mm to 90mm can be used (plate width <2500mm, length <6000mm).  Block's Width and length can be cut according to buyer's order request.  

Certificates: 

1) ISO 9001-2015 CERTIFICATE by BV can be offered to buyers 

2) MATERIAL CERTIFICATE  : Ti 6al4v titanium blocks are all tested by authorized third party /labs. Etermetal will supply EN10204 3.1 material certificate for the products.
