Grade 1 titanium strip production process is :   titanium sponge - compacting electrodes - smelting - finished titanium ingots - forging- forgings -  slabs -hot rolling - cold rolling - strips.

You will find that the grade 1 titanium strip’s surface is quite bright and smooth. They look like silvery bright. It’s the titanium metal color. They are all vacuum annealed.
