Products Advantages and applications
The titanium material is strong, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant, making it ideal for applications where high strength and durability are needed. Titanium cylinders (can also called titanium bars/ titanium discs/ titanium rings) are commonly used in the aerospace, medical, and industrial fields, where they may be used for storing gases, transporting fluids, or as structural components. They are also used in scuba diving tanks and in some sports equipment.
Products manufacture processes
The titanium cylinders can be made by forging or rolling. It depends on their shapes and sizes, as well as cost. For solid cylinders, when the sizes are small, they would be made by rolling and saw cutting. While the size is larger, they would be made by forging. For hollow cylinders, when technique is developed enough, they would be produced by forging which is much more economical. Other wise, drilling would be used and it would cost much.
