How we produce and Control the quality of titanium rods
Raw material control
Etermeal choose high lever titanium sponge and titanium ingot for produceing titanium rods and round bars. It make sure that the finial product quality. Every marterial's chemical composition was controled from the very begining.
Forging and Titanium billets
Heating temperature, holding time and annealing temperature are strictly controlled to ensure the properties of the final titanium rods.
Hot rolling, drawing ,cold drawing, heat treatment
Excellent techincal engineers, rich experienced workers and strict control of rolling /drawing/heating tempreture and speed, make sure of the quality of each titanium rod.
Straightening, peeling, grinding, and polish
Experienced workers strictly control the ellipticity and straightness of titanium rods within the allowable range, this is quite important process that make sure of the following processes' successful. Peeling, grinding and polish processes ensure that the titanium rods tolerance meet the order requirements.
QC and Packing
Samples will be taken from titanium rods and send to authorized labs to test the physical proerties. Ultrasonic tests, visual tests, dimensional tests, DPI tests and other quality tests will be done by our QC departments. Only qualified products will be packed and sent to buyers.
