Titanium Grade 2 Square Bar

Titanium Grade 2 square bar is a type of titanium bar that is made from Grade 2 titanium alloy. Grade 2 titanium is a commercially pure titanium and is known for its excellent corrosion resistance, high strength, and low weight. This titanium Grade 2 square bar is hot rolled and is usually used for industrial or  chemical processing, such like anodising, coating, cleaning, ect.  

The dimensions of Titanium Grade 2 square bar vary depending on the clients' requirement. Etermetal can supply the square bars from 6.35mm to 114.3mm in width and thickness and length below 6000mm (  usually12 feet or 24 feet, cut to size service available for any size less than 24 feet) .

Titanium Grade 2 square bar can be machined easily using standard metalworking equipment. It can be welded using gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) or gas metal arc welding (GMAW) techniques.  Titanium Grade 2 square bar is often used in applications that require a combination of high strength, corrosion resistance, and low weight.  Here below is some of the products Etermetal supplied to clients with the square bars.
